Meet Mexican women who lead.

This exclusive travel experience features the voices of Mexican women entrepreneurs, leaders and activists and is designed to be transformational. When we step out of our rush, experience a cultural immersion, experience the arts and meet people who are leading in a different context, we become more open, creative and ready for new ways of thinking.

Break-through to new levels of personal and professional leadership.

Stepping away from the everyday and experiencing a unique cultural immersion with other women leaders is the backdrop for our leadership journey. Professionally facilitated sessions and inspirational exchanges will ensure maximum impact and lasting professional connections.

personalizing your leadership journey

Our team will get to know you before the trip so that we meet your own priorities for the travel, the leadership and person-to-person experience, as well as your perspective and vision for global women’s leadership. This will give us the information and develop a framework for your compelling leadership journey and provide us with information to share with others on the trip.

INTRODUCTION TO Mexico

Before the trip we will suggest a variety of books and articles that are optional but can help you get the most out of the trip. We will bring great books and articles for you to share throughout the week about Mexico, San Miguel De Allende, its arts, romanticism, culture, and politics. In particular you will learn about the independence movement as you are in staying in its very center.
