RETREAT OVERVIEW
A mere 4.5 hour flight takes you to beautiful Guatemala, one of the most mystical places in Central America. Guatemala’s stunning geography and deeply rooted Mayan culture provide a gorgeous backdrop from which to explore and welcome new ideas.
Our Guatemala retreat offers amazing opportunities to reflect on your journey so far, connect with amazing women and experience a beautiful connection of your mind, heart and spirit. Over the course of the week, we’ll look inward to challenge the perceptions we have about ourselves, and outward to reconsider our ideas about Latin America and the world around us. Mystical Market
A photographer's dream, the market in Chichicastenango is a kaleidoscope of color and movement with household items, traditional weavings, medicinal herbs and religious artifacts all squeezed into the tiny stalls that take over the central plaza. The market is also home to Santo Tomas Church, a 400 year old temple where Catholic and Mayan traditions are practiced side by side in a truly mystical atmosphere.

Before the trip we will suggest a variety of books and articles that are optional but can help you get the most out of the trip. We will bring great books and articles for you to share throughout the week about Guatemala, its arts, romanticism, culture, and politics.

We have secured the services of a very experienced Guatemalan tour operator, who in addition to our own local contacts, is customizing the person to person exchanges and Guatemalan travel for us. They will have expert guides who will give us first class support so we can focus on enjoying Guatemalan and our own leadership journey.
