Artisan craftspeople flock to Santa Fe, filling the town with beauty
Final itinerary will be designed with attendee preferences in mind. All activities subject to change pending availability and weather.

This retreat takes place over Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, an important cultural celebration. In Santa Fe, it's marked on the town plaza with a candlelight parade, live bands, a community altar, and Mexican food.
The observance complements our retreat themes of identity, leadership, and legacy. As we reflect on the people who've shaped our lives and careers, we will also consider what we hope to leave to future generations through our own endeavors and values.
The spirit of the holiday reflects the credo of How Women Lead, as we recognize that our success is built on those who came before us and will be a foundation for those who come after us.

Our accommodations are at
the atmospheric Hotel Eldorado, just steps from the central plaza.
Enjoy the feel of old Santa Fe with the conveniences of a modern luxury hotel.
