I’m drawn to How Women Lead because it’s not just another networking group -- it’s a force multiplier. The mission is clear: getting more women into rooms where decisions are made and capital, strategy, and governance intersect. That resonates deeply with me. In venture, in board work, and in building Rain Capital and Forte Group, I’ve seen how outcomes change when diverse leaders are actually at the table — not observing, but directly influencing. How Women Lead combines community, mentorship, and practical pathways to board seats in a way that turns ambition into action. It’s the rare ecosystem where accomplished women don’t just support each other — they actively open doors, share playbooks, and pull the next leader up behind them.
