I've devoted a significant amount of time to women's leadership through coaching, consulting and volunteering over the past 15 years. I served as the Chief Administrative Officer of It's Time Network, working side-by-side with CEO Betsy McKinney, from its inception to its wind-down over the course of seven years. I'm currently leading a Women in Systems Thinking dialogue series, and supporting women in a whole host of ways, including paid and unpaid work in service to women's leadership.
