About
Me.
I started my career in science before discovering that my real passion was building the systems that help people find answers and get things done. From leading DuPont's first e-commerce ventures to co-founding a consulting firm from the ground up, I spent years learning how technology, process, and people fit together and what breaks when they don't.
Most recently, I have been at Walmart leading omnichannel care and product strategy, building the platforms that connect customers to help across digital and physical channels. My team reduced over 12M customer contacts in a single year through AI-driven self-service, all while keeping real human support at the center. Before that, I did similar work at eBay, scaling global CX and CRM platforms across four markets.
Now I am thinking about what is next. I am drawn to the intersection of AI and customer experience, not just automating interactions, but making them feel more human. I want to help organizations figure out how to use these tools thoughtfully, at scale, without losing the people in the process.
