Me.
Judy Schoenberg is a women’s career strategist and co-founder of EvolveMe, a professional development consultancy. EvolveMe partners with organizational leadership to build and sustain top female talent and support women as they engage and advance in their roles.
EvolveMe also offers individual and group coaching for women in midlife, built on its proprietary DARE™ method. Clients describe their EvolveMe experience as "life-changing" and "the best professional investment" they've ever made.

Prior to founding EvolveMe, Judy’s career in the nonprofit sector spanned strategic planning, fundraising, marketing, partnerships, and governance. She holds a Master's in Education from Harvard University and is a former national executive for Girl Scouts of the USA, where she led research on women’s and girls' leadership development.
Judy is active in community and philanthropic work and has served as a board chair and a trustee at several nonprofit and educational institutions focused on youth development. She lives in Brooklyn, NY, with her husband, two teenage sons, and a feisty rescue dog.
