Be the leader of your life: physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. During this 90 minute workshop, Rebecca and Lilian draw on their collective experiences as a leader/CEO of multi-national businesses and a transformational fitness and life coach. The book provides a framework for staying healthy while leading a busy life at work, home, and play.Â
During our time together we will:
- Hear from the authors themselves about their journey writing the book and their goals
- Gain more insights and impactful tools during a panel discussion with Millicent Tracey, Linda Hothem, and Audrey Yoo
- Breakout groups with Surina Khan, Women's Foundation of California, Latanya Mapp Frett, Global Fund for Women, Michele Colucci, Digital DX Ventures, Tuti B. Scott, recent Tides Foundation CEO, and Andy Zopp, Clevland Avenue Foundation, VC and experienced CEO
- Have the opportunity to ask authors and panelists questions
As women leaders who are now working tirelessly to shape a better future for our daughters and younger generations, we must take care of ourselves to continue affecting change.
