About the Event:
Calling all everyday feminists around the globe! @Global Fund for Women President and CEO, @Latanya Mapp Frett, wrote #TheEverydayFeminist, a practical blueprint to social justice highlighting how grassroots feminists are changing the world—and what we can all do to support them. Learn from Latanya and other activists about how these lessons apply in our everyday lives. Meet with other like minded women from around the world as we tackle the pressing topics of the day, hear insights from Latanya, and learn how to overcome roadblocks to social change. Come together to:
- Learn how you can become an everyday feminist,
- Support current social activists, and
- Plan with like-minded women on how to change the world.
The event will be followed by a special Women Leaders for the World Alumni Summit to further elevate the discussion specific to the work of our social impact fellowship alums.
