About the Event

As a leader, it's easy to get caught up in the next push for a new go-to-market strategy or rush to put out the next fire. Over time you might find that the stress of always pushing forward leaves you restless, stressed, or burned out. It can be hard to plan long-term strategic initiatives when you are always solving problems happening now.  Research shows that mindfulness “can help to reduce stress and anxiety, increase resilience, divergent thinking, job satisfaction and improve focus and leadership flexibility.” Our expert meditation instructor, Bavani Ramanan,  will guide you through a soothing meditation session to help you relax, unwind and center yourself. This will help bring your focus back to your values and help you see not just the problems you are currently facing but the path forward.

Join us for a transformative virtual meditation session with How Women Lead and The Art of Living.

About the session:

During the session, you will learn how to quiet your mind, focus your thoughts and cultivate inner calmness. The session is suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner or an experienced meditator and will leave you feeling refreshed and grounded in your leadership.

This event is part of a series offered by How Women Lead to supply leaders with a moment to connect, reflect, and take pause in your busy schedules. We will join together in mindfulness, followed by space for a Q&A session where you can ask any questions you may have about meditation and leadership. Our goal is to provide you with practical tools and insights that you can apply to your leadership role immediately.

About the facilitators:
