About the Event
Whether you are navigating a meaningful career transition, re-entering the workforce at the right level, or repositioning after a period of change, the pressure to “have it all figured out” can feel paralyzing. Many experienced, high-achieving women find themselves between roles or directions—evaluating what comes next, refining how they want to show up, or ensuring their next move reflects both their scope and their value.
This workshop reframes that experience. Instead of focusing on having the perfect answer, participants will learn how to create a clear, flexible plan that builds momentum, confidence, and forward movement without needing certainty first.
Through practical frameworks and real-world perspective, this session will help participants navigate transitions strategically, articulate their leadership value across sectors, and position themselves for opportunities that align with their experience, whether in corporate roles, board service, or new ventures.
Participants will also gain insight into:
Re-entering at the appropriate scope and compensation
Translating leadership experience into private-sector or board value
Crafting a compelling executive narrative for recruiters, decision-makers, and boards
