• Dr. Kinney has a PhD in Organizational Consulting/Business Psychology, with a focus on Human Behavior at Work, from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Augsburg University and has a Certificate in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School. Dr. Kinney is an adjunct faculty at the University of Minnesota teaching leadership classes.
