I have 20+ years of experience working with companies at the leading edge of emerging trends and technologies, including Peloton, Google, Cohesity, and Meta. I’ve worked across a range of industries from Consumer Products and Health & Wellness to Mobile/Wireless and Data Management. I currently run advisory and consulting firm Marketing Fluency, where I advise leaders on accelerating growth, scaling teams, and better leveraging the latest digital technologies to engage and serve their customers. Previously, I was SVP, Global Brand & Product Marketing at Peloton where I led teams responsible for consumer strategy and insights, brand, and go-to-market as the company grew from $1.8 to $4B and 2.5M to 6M+ members in less than two years. I am passionate about supporting the success of entrepreneurs from underrepresented communities and empowering a more diverse generation of women to thrive in their careers and rise into positions of leadership. I am a Board Director at Latinas in Tech, a mentor for the LBAN Business Scaling program at Stanford University, an Executive Member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association, and a mentor to entrepreneurs and rising leaders through several business, academic, and non-profit organizations.
