Rita Mitjans is a retired C-suite executive, current board member and executive coach with a diverse background in strategy, marketing, finance and human resources. She had a successful career as a Fortune 250 senior executive with a focus in SaaS and financial services. Throughout her career, Rita is best known for growing talent, market share and delivering results.  

After retiring from ADP, Rita founded a strategic advisory firm, BizGuru LLC, that advises public and private organizations on culture, talent, sustainability, and go-to-market strategies. Through her coaching practice, she supports her  passion for advancing female and diverse talent. Rita serves as board advisor to several tech-startups and non-profits including Boomerang, Trez and E4E Relief Foundation. She is an ICF-certified coach, holds an MBA from Harvard University and BS from St. John’s University.
