Me.

Through Reetu’s leadership in the healthcare industry, she led organization-wide initiatives that improved business competitiveness and advanced innovation. Her experience at large companies and start-ups gives her a unique perspective. 


At Kaiser Permanente, Reetu led an initiative sponsored by the KP Medicare National leadership to create a portfolio of partnerships for its health plan members. She was instrumental in developing the contracting strategy for KP regions In Georgia, Oregon and within California. Her work at Kaiser Permanente, gave Reetu a deep understanding of the healthcare industry & business, experience of working with regional and national executive leadership and stakeholder management. She has been able to apply these experiences, knowledge and skills to be a successful leader in her start-up roles as well as an advisor. 


Reetu has led Customer Success teams for the last 10+years. She advises start-ups on their revenue model, client acquisition, retention & growth strategy. As a senior leader in B2B & B2B2C start-ups, Reetu understands business risks and opportunities and growth & scaling challenges. Reetu has recruited, mentored and managed high performing teams. She has a data driven approach towards managing business (e.g. developed Customer Health & CS scorecards to use for risk mitigation and identifying areas for improvement & growth).


At Brightline, she built the CS operations function from scratch for scaling. She owned revenue and performance targets. Reetu launched HealthTap virtual care services in Mexico on time in less than a year. She understands the complexity of an international launch. 


Reetu’s expertise is well-suited for early to growth stage B2B and B2B2C companies in healthcare/digital health. Given her deep healthcare experience, her expertise is suited for national or regional health plans and health systems focused on transformation (digital, care model, sustainability). 


Reetu currently serves as a Board Advisor for Maroon Research Institute, where she advises healthcare start-up founders & executive teams as well as on the Silicon Valley Executive Board for How Women Lead. Reetu served as a founding Board Member for Small Steps Foundation, where she served for 4 years as part of the grantee selection & management committee. She developed the criteria and review process for making grants. 


Reetu is a limited partner in climate and healthcare VC funds. She launched her Advisory & Consulting practice - Pistachio in 2024. Reetu is passionate about climate & sustainability. She co-founded The Clean Table, which focused on increasing adoption and funding of climate & sustainability solutions.
