Me.

Rebecca Bompiedi is an executive leader and innovation strategist with more than 35 years of executive experience driving large-scale transformation across global industrial businesses. She has held senior roles at GE—including serving as CEO of GE On Wing Support—along with positions such as Senior Vice President of Business Transformation at Philips Lighting Americas and Chief Technology Officer for a private-equity–backed portfolio company.

Her career spans decades leading global R&D, innovation, and service organizations while building cross-industry technology platforms, launching digital businesses, and directing enterprise transformations across technical, operational, and commercial domains.

As a semi-retired professional, Rebecca currently teaches for Rensselaer Polytechnic University’s (RPI) executive MBA program, serves on the board of the Center for Food Innovation, and invests in and coaches early-stage technology ventures. A certified administrator of the MHS EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence assessment and a Master Black Belt in Lean and Six Sigma, she brings a distinctive blend of technical rigor, leadership science, process fundamentals, and practical transformation experience to her work with executives and organizations.
