Michelle Bryer is the Chief Operations Officer for Chubb Benefits with more than 20 years of experience in insurance operations. She previously served as Senior Vice President of Claims for Combined Insurance and held leadership roles overseeing claims and audit operations at Unum Insurance across life, long-term care, and individual disability products.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University and is passionate about operational excellence, continuous improvement, and developing high-performing teams.
