About
Me.
Margaret Douglas blends strategic vision with empathetic coaching to empower teams and leaders. Her thirty-year career includes driving growth and digital transformation for clients at Cap Gemini, Digitas, Leo Burnett, and Chiat/Day. Today, she brings that same passion to her work at the University of Chicago, where she designs leadership course experiences and coaches emerging leaders. Margaret’s commitment to inclusive leadership extends to her board service at Fourth Presbyterian Church of Chicago, where she guides their expansion into online ministry, and to her past role as board president of Deborah’s Place, which supports women experiencing homelessness in Chicago. Margaret is excited to serve, once again, as a Global Advisor for How Women Lead.
