Me.

Lynda Grindstaff has been a WLW advisor for four amazing women and you will be the fifth Fellow she has worked with! Lynda can help her Fellows with many things such as how to develop a strategy, how to grow your organization, how to create a strong pitch deck, effective communication, and many more things. Lynda sits on the advisory board for How Women Lead and is a limited partner in the How Women Invest funds.


Outside of HWL, Lynda is a technology engineering executive, cybersecurity expert, board director, strategic advisor, and the 2024 Cybersecurity Woman Leader of the Year. She brings 30 years of experience to leadership teams and boardrooms providing companies with stage-specific expertise to drive growth. Currently, Lynda serves on the board of directors for OFGBancorp and Women’s Empowerment, and is a member of multiple advisory boards, such as the How Women Lead advisory board and the California State University, Sacramento College of Engineering Industry Advisory Board. Additionally, Lynda is a faculty member with IANS Research, the cybersecurity consulting firm providing unbiased practical advice from seasoned practitioners.


Most recently, Lynda was a Vice President of Engineering at McAfee where she led teams responsible for identifying malware and effective counter-solutions. Prior to McAfee, Lynda spent 22 years at Intel in various technical and senior leadership roles driving significant revenue for the company. She has been active with the Society of Women Engineers for three decades and recipient of four national awards. Lynda also holds three patents.
