Linda Baltes Mansolillo is a board member, CEO, and global executive with almost 25 years of experience scaling diagnostics, digital health, and AI-driven platforms across oncology, life sciences, and precision medicine. She has led a $350M P&L, is a visionary operator and growth architect with a proven record of building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams to bring breakthrough technologies from early development to commercial scale. She establishes new functions, enters new markets, and accelerates growth with accountability and impact.
Currently, she serves as CEO of Elevate BioStrategies, where she supports organizations as a strategic advisor and fractional chief growth officer and guides early-stage to mid-sized companies on commercialization, investor readiness, and partnerships. She actively advises the CEOs of startups, including Trellis Health, Novelna, and Bristle.
Linda has held significant senior leadership roles leading the AI revolution across the biotech, life sciences, and health tech industries. With Foundation Medicine, she turned around the go-to-market strategy, identified and remediated a 10% revenue leakage, and increased the sales pipeline by 3X in 60 days. With GRAIL, she globally commercialized the first-of-its-kind novel biotechnology, led teams that opened new markets, and developed the frameworks to scale internationally. She also held significant roles with Illumina and Luminex, where she created and executed the go-to-market strategies, raised capital, and developed strategic alliances with biopharma, payers, and providers.
She served as CEO and Founder of LadyBugout, a startup that creates interactive curriculum for children, and became a recognized expert on crisis and risk, empowering children and families, and governmental agencies. Linda spent two decades in the U.S. Air Force Reserve as a decorated officer and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2025. There, she oversaw medical readiness, led disaster preparedness missions worldwide, and audited nations' crisis response plans across six continents.
