Leslie Hansen Professional Biography

A Silicon Valley native and UC Berkeley grad, Leslie worked in the high-tech equipment industry for 30+ years, in supply chain and manufacturing operations, as well as finance and corporate performance management, with line responsibility in the $ billions.

Experiencing firsthand the toxicity of certain power structures lit a fire in her to learn about, shape, and stand for power that heals. 

Retired from high tech in 2019, Leslie now works with impact organizations and one-on-one with impact leaders to build personal and organizational power through skill, inclusion, and joy.

Leslie lives outside of Chicago with her husband Joe and loves to explore.
