Me.
I am a strategic business executive focused on guiding organizations through human capital and total rewards (compensation, benefits, well-being, development, recognition) challenges, primarily in organizations just starting out or going through transformation and evolution. I bring 30+ years of experience in human resources strategy, compensation design and execution, and aligning human capital programs with enterprise value drivers. I have served as a human resources/total rewards leader in various organizations and have had responsibility for over 50 mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. With my doctorate in Organizational Leadership, I was able to focus my research on the impact of transformational leadership on navigating organizational change. I am passionate about ensuring that the right leaders are in place to drive business results while still embracing a strong culture. This passion has led to me forming my own consulting company – Pumua Consulting – where I can leverage my education and experience to help organizations meet their human capital goals in ways that work best for their long-term strategy.
