Jennifer Pierce is an executive coach and former senior leader with 25+ years of experience in global financial services, including leadership roles in both the U.S. and U.K. She specializes in organizational design, leadership development, and building purpose-driven, high-performing cultures. Today, she partners with executives and founders navigating scale, burnout, and change, helping them lead with clarity, emotional intelligence, and sustainable impact. Her background in HR, commercial strategy, and stakeholder influence allows her to advise on both the people and business side of leadership.

Jennifer is especially passionate about supporting mission-driven women founders whose work uplifts and empowers others. In 2019, she spent a month in Nepal working with an NGO in Pokhara that helps women who were trafficked as children gain legal and language skills. In 2024, she visited Rwanda and spent time with a women-led NGO in Kigali focused on education and economic empowerment. These experiences fuel her commitment to advancing global equity and building trusting, human-centered organizations. She brings warmth, strategic insight, and deep respect for the vision and courage of women leaders across the world.
