Helene Cahen is an innovation strategist, facilitator, author, and speaker with 25 years of experience guiding leaders and organizations to bring new ideas to life. She is the author of Fire Up Innovation: Sparking and Sustaining Innovation Teams and a TEDx speaker on high-performance collaboration. Her work reflects her belief that innovation thrives when people follow a clear process and feel empowered, connected, and valued.

Originally from Paris, now based in Berkeley, California, Helene holds undergraduate and business degrees from Sciences Po Paris and a Master of Science in Creativity and Change Leadership from Buffalo State University.

Deeply involved in the non-profit sector, Helene has consulted, served on boards, and volunteered with organizations dedicated to justice reform, youth empowerment, women’s leadership, and environmental causes.
