With an extensive history in investment management and commercial banking, I have led significant for-profit and for-profit social impact finance businesses in the US, UK and across the Americas, as CEO, Board Director and Board Chair, as well as hands on Board experience as Treasurer/Board director of a fast-growing US non-profit (SOLA).

I have worked in organizations both large and small, and can offer deep knowledge supported by personal experience of governance and leadership, board dynamics and navigation, business growth and sales, client service and retention, budgeting, team management and strategic planning.

I regard myself as an international person and have lived and worked in multiple countries (currently living between Türkiye and New York) and have led organizations and advised institutions at the highest levels across the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

At the heart of my leadership are two core themes:

(i) a commitment to combining commercial excellence with social purpose. I believe in finance as a force for good and the confluence of profit and purpose as central to sustainability.

(ii) the need to lead decisively with fairness and kindness, supporting and lifting others to be the best that they choose to be.
