About
Me.

I am passionate about helping individuals, teams, leaders and organizations achieve excellence through learning, change management and operational excellence. Nearly every role in my career has cultivated this passion as I, myself, never stop learning and adapting in my efforts to maximize my impact every day. I have led sales and functional teams, built and managed sales enablement capabilities, designed strategies to create learning cultures and  standards of excellence, and built programs and processes that systematize the best ideas to accelerate performance. I have been fortunate to do this at several preeminent global companies, including Ernst & Young, Charles Schwab, Well Fargo Private Bank and BlackRock, in the US and globally.

Today, I am proud to be able to do this work as a Learning Leader at Capital Group. Capital Group Private Client Services is a privately-owned wealth management firm committed to delivering premium, personalized service and superior long-term investment results to wealthy individuals, families and foundations. We are backed by the global resources of Capital Group—one of the world’s oldest and largest asset management firms, with nearly 8,000 employees in offices around the world and $2.3 trillion under management. To learn more about Capital Group Private Client Services, go to www.capitalgroup.com/pcs and do not hesitate to reach to me to learn more or be introduced to one of our talented Private Wealth Advisors.

I hold a B.A. in English  from Colby College and Queen Mary University of London and an M.S in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.  A Bay Area resident since the heady days of the dot.com boom in the late 90s, I am now happily settled in Marin County with my family enjoying the vast amounts of open space and extraordinary property taxes!
