Are you experiencing a transition? It is very common in the life stage of “middle-escence” to reconsider priorities and where you put your life force. And we know that women begin to prioritize having an impact and doing it with other women.
Whether transitioning to a different role or company, moving towards a portfolio career, board placements, or even launching a new business venture, the current landscape for executive women is full of opportunities to make changes that align with the impact you want to bring to the world.
This pivotal phase is accompanied by a spectrum of biological, psychological, social, and economic changes. It can feel both hopeful and exquisitely uncomfortable in the same breath. In Your Purposeful Pivot, expert coaches and facilitators will guide you through the anatomy of your next transition, helping you uncover what you are turning away from—and what you are turning toward, starting with your ‘why’. Join us for this 5-session program to:
- Interrogate your life stage, your goals and needs - and align that with your identity
- Find that sigh of relief as you see the normal developmental needs and opportunities in the life stage of middlessence
- Assess where you are in your pivoting journey and make this the most powerful stage in your life yet - leveraging your strengths and creating the life you want for yourself with actionable tools
- Uncover and unblock self-limiting beliefs
- Build relationships with other executive women who are navigating similar changes
- Develop a roadmap of next steps so that you emerge from the program with clarity and purpose
- Say yes to an accountability mechanism that will help you move forward with confidence
