About the Event

Today's leaders are navigating more than rapid change. AI is shifting business models and workflows, customer expectations are evolving, new talent requirements are emerging, and how value and influence are determined is reshaping entire professional and organizational ecosystems.

The challenge is not simply recognizing what has changed. It is understanding what that change is connected to and what it may change next.

Drawing on more than 30 years working at the intersection of media, technology, business strategy, and innovation, Leslie will introduce Professional Ecosystem Intelligence as a leadership capability for navigating complexity.

Participants will explore how to:

Strengthen observation by changing perspective, distance, and point of view.

Recognize relationships, dependencies, and signals that may be easy to overlook.

Look beyond immediate impacts to consider second- and third-order effects.

Ask better questions about what changing conditions may make possible.

Apply ecosystem thinking to leadership decisions, organizations, industries, and their own professional ecosystems.

Participants will leave with a practical set of questions to look beyond the immediate disruption and more clearly understand what is changing, what it connects to, what it may set in motion, and what becomes possible next.
