About the Event

You’ve built and led inside organizations. What comes next?

If you've been thinking about independent work—consulting, fractional leadership, advisory roles, or portfolio careers—but feel stuck in the swirl of questions, this is for you. This isn't a "how to launch your business" workshop. It's a discernment session designed to help you identify inhibitors, ground your thinking in your values, and move forward with clarity.

Here's how it works:

You'll start with structured prework—a workbook that asks important questions like: What do I value? What does success look like? Am I ready, and if not, what needs to shift? You'll work through these questions on your own time over the course of a week.

Then you'll join a 90-minute live session with Nancy Hayes and Nicole O'Neill Ash—two women who've made this transition themselves and have guided many others through it. You're not coming to listen; you're coming to have your real questions answered. You'll hear from experienced guides, connect with accomplished peers navigating similar decisions, and ground your thinking in what actually matters to you—your values, your risk tolerance, your definition of success.

After the session, you'll have the option to continue with a peer mastermind group—self-managed accountability with other women from the cohort who are also exploring or testing independent work.

You can expect:

-A space to name the questions keeping you from moving forward

-Input from women who've lived this transition

-Peer community and accountability

-Time to ground your thinking in your values

This is not a “how to launch your business” workshop. It’s an experience designed to help you leave with greater clarity on whether independent work is right for you, and if so, what you need to explore or address first. Most importantly, you won’t be sitting with these questions alone anymore.

For senior executive women who are exploring, testing, or stuck in the decision about independent work.

Registration for the November 3rd session closes on Friday, October 30th.
