About the Event
The community is under threat, people are living in fear, losing loved ones and so much more. The strain and demand on the leaders committed to supporting them is escalating. How Women Lead invites you to discuss what is happening on the front lines, the impact on the leaders and what is needed from us.
Join us for an energizing and solutions-focused conversation with Latina changemakers in philanthropy and the nonprofit sector who are leading with courage and strategy. Foundation leaders will share their perspective, their solutions and inquiry. Latina leaders will discuss what they see, challenges and solutions, and how we can support them as leaders.
If you have been wondering what you can do to help, these leaders have committed to come together to tell you and we have a structure to invite you to take action. We need the people on the front lines to be supported and sustained in their leadership.
In this pivotal moment, your voice, strategy, and solidarity matter more than ever. Together with funders, policymakers, and nonprofit executives, we’ll explore how to navigate shifting landscapes, strengthen community power, and lead with clarity, courage, and collaboration.
You’ll leave inspired, informed, and connected—because showing up for each other is resistance. Whether you’re deep in the work or finding your footing, this is a space to recharge, strategize, and stand together. This conversation is part of a larger initiative from How Women Lead to elevate and support Latina leaders on the front lines of change. In Fall 2025, we’ll launch a Latina Leaders cohort of the Women Leaders for the World fellowship, building lasting visibility, community, and impact in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors.
