About the Event
Is Entrepreneurship the Right Next Step? is an interactive virtual session for senior executive women exploring launching their own business, whether that's through consulting, a coaching practice, a small business, or a venture-backed startup. If you're weighing the leap from corporate leadership to entrepreneurship, this session provides the structure and peer support to make a clear-eyed, values-aligned decision about your next move.
Through facilitated discussion and diagnostic tools, you'll move beyond ambition to examine fit and readiness. You'll explore critical questions often overlooked in the excitement of entrepreneurship: What type of business aligns with how you actually like to work? What does success look like for you: financially, energetically, and personally? Can you tolerate the identity shift from title-based credibility to selling yourself? You'll assess your psychological readiness, financial runway, and comfort with risk while hearing candid perspectives from peers and facilitators who understand both the promise and the reality of entrepreneurship at this life stage.
You'll leave with clarity on whether entrepreneurship is right for you and if so, if this is the right time, what guardrails you need to protect your goals, and a 90-day plan to either actively explore your options or begin execution.
