Communicate Your Way to a Board Seat

Executive women bring to the table deep functional expertise and proven judgment. Yet we remain significantly underrepresented on boards.

Many accomplished women have never been taught how to talk about their expertise in governance terms, or how to build the kind of visibility that leads to a board appointment.

This How Women Lead event closes that gap. It brings together executive women to build the communication skills and positioning language needed to move from "highly qualified" to "actively considered" for board service.
