Facilitated by Mary Ann Ireland, Executive Coach, the conversation will begin by naming what’s actually happening for senior women right now—grounded in lived experience and informed by recent data, including McKinsey’s Women in the Workplace report. From there, we’ll turn toward the year ahead, exploring how we respond with intention, where we place our energy, and what we choose to protect and pursue, personally and professionally.
