A Workshop for Global Advisors: "Mentoring for Transformational Impact"

Great mentoring does more than guide—it unlocks confidence, clarity, courage, and lasting impact. This interactive workshop equips Global Advisors with the mindset, tools, and practices to support Women Leaders for the World Fellows as they navigate complex social challenges, grow as values-driven leaders, and expand the reach of their work. Designed for our global advisors by two WLW veteran advisors, Cathy Skala and Lynda Grindstaff, this workshop creates space to deepen mentoring effectiveness, strengthen cross-cultural connection, and cultivate the kind of support that helps emerging social impact leaders thrive—and create meaningful change in the world.
