The Corporate Directors Circle is designed for highly seasoned women serving on public and large private boards who have reached the top of the ladder--but not hit the limits of their potential. This community can engage your curiosity and goals like no other, because they have performed at your level and share your commitment to leadership growth. This cultivated community engages in candid, peer-driven conversations and strategy sessions to energize their influence, elevate their performance, and navigate today’s most complex governance challenges.

The full program includes:

• A private weekend retreat in Scottsdale (airfare not included)

• Three virtual peer mastermind sessions

• Three expert-led webinars on today’s critical board issues

Scottsdale Retreat Weekend - luxury hotel accommodations; intimate private-home surroundings. We’ll kick off this six-month experience with a weekend in Scottsdale, Arizona, spending a day in the home of renowned board director Evelyn Dilsaver. Evelyn, whose long list of Director roles includes TempurSealy, PAC Administrator Group, QuidelOrtho, and others, is former President and CEO of Charles Schwab Investment Management and a committed champion for women's corporate leadership.

This is where we start to connect deeply, exchange insights, and set the course for getting the most out of this network that will be ours for years to come.

• April 10 Strengthening director relationships and building situational influence; making Board evaluations effective

• May 29 The CEO playbook: upskilling, managing, succession-planning, or replacing your company's leader

• June 26 Strategic Viewpoints: process leadership; identifying transformation triggers; the board's role in change management

• July 24 The Board in Crisis: leading through challenges

• August 21 Forward from here: future-proofing your board value
