Building Inclusive Leadership

Dr. Veronica Escalante is the founding executive director of SHARE, a foundation whose vision is to foster societies that embraces diversity. The conversation is intended to be a space to reflect on the preconceptions we might have and develop openness to acquire new perspectives in the way we see ourselves and others so we may embrace diversity within our organizations and teams.

During the webinar, our guests will learn strategies to exercise empathy and develop a common language to talk about diversity and inclusion. Participating in those conversations makes it easier for leaders to express their own feelings and experiences as well as understand the feelings and experiences of others, which can foster inclusive teams.
