Sapna Dixit

About
Me.

Sapna Dixit is a strategic product and program management leader with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of technology, clean energy, and sustainability. Her strength has been in designing technology-based solutions which bring together stakeholders from diverse sectors, with a goal of implementing innovative solutions to advance decarbonization and clean energy technologies.  She currently serves as Senior Product Manager at CLEAResult, a leading energy efficiency and electric grid services firm, where she leads strategic development of their energy transition product portfolio. Throughout her career, Sapna has specialized in translating complex technical solutions into scalable, high-impact programs, bridging software product management and sustainability strategy in ways that drive measurable environmental and organizational outcomes.

Sapna is a former Board Member of the nonprofit Women in Cleantech and Sustainability, where she led the marketing committee to drive brand messaging, digital communications, and sponsor partnerships. She has been an advocate for women’s leadership in the clean energy sector and participated as a mentor in both Women in Cleantech’s mentorship program and other corporate mentorship programs. Along with her sustainability work, Sapna has also held leadership roles in her local community, such as in public education and women’s rights organizations. She holds an M.B.A. in Sustainable Business from San Francisco State University’s Lam Family College of Business, and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.

As a Global Advisor for Women Leaders for the World, Sapna will be well-suited to support nonprofit and social enterprise leaders working at the intersection of clean energy, environmental justice, and community impact — as well as those advancing women's rights and education — especially where technology plays a role in advancing their missions. She has a depth of expertise in stakeholder engagement, having navigated complex relationships with public and private utilities, local governments, corporations, and community organizations throughout her career, and can help fellows develop the cross-sector partnership strategies essential to scaling social impact.
