Me.

Rapti Khurana is an accomplished talent, strategy, and HR executive with over two decades of experience leading global people strategy and organizational transformation for companies with revenue from $3.4B to $44B, including F100 companies in the technology, media, consulting, and sports industries. She’s held leadership roles with the NFL, Nielsen, and IBM. 

A proven thought leader, she has built and led Centers of Excellence (COE) in talent engagement, leadership development, inclusion, and performance management. She combines analytics, innovation, and human-centered design to drive measurable impact on culture and growth, and increased retention by 25%.

She most recently served as Vice President of Talent Engagement and Development at the National Football League (NFL), a $24B organization with 3,500 employees. Rapti oversaw a multimillion-dollar portfolio and embedded inclusion across the league and its 32 clubs. She delivered a 15% increase in engagement scores and a 65% increase in learning YoY through the introduction of learning platforms. Rapti ideated and led a digital transformation and a new HRIS, delivering a 30% increase in adoption. She also served as a member of the internal succession planning and compensation committee and supported the board's compensation committee.

At Nielsen, she served as a director and ideated, built, and led a new HR Analytics COE that used predictive analytics to mitigate attrition, identify issues, and create an innovative AI-driven marketplace to identify non-obvious talent for succession planning. She improved the Executive pipeline by 50% globally. Rapti ideated and built an internal coaching practice, secured and supported 20 departments within three months, and improved leader effectiveness by 70%. She served as a member of the due diligence team and led the post-merger integration of over 16,000 FTEs across two acquisitions, a 300-FTE divestiture, and supported due diligence for a JV with 550 FTEs.

As Managing Consultant at IBM, she supported F100 clients by leading large-scale transformations where she designed and led change management for a $44B multinational engineering company, improved leadership accountability by 40%, led change readiness for a $7B media company, and led organization transformation for a $13B CPG company.

She is a Certified Executive Coach through the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) and has frequently presented at industry forums. She has a certification in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and is a trained Indian classical dancer who enjoys reading and gardening.
