Patricia Cogley
Leadership Coach | Social Impact Leader
I’ve dedicated my career to bridging creativity, technology, and education to close the opportunity divide and drive systemic change. At Adobe, I led the global philanthropy initiative, Adobe Youth Voices, empowering hundreds of thousands of young people in over 70 countries to "Create with Purpose." This program became a global model for exploring identity and unlocking potential, with its framework adopted by schools worldwide.
Focusing on gender equity, I founded Girls’ Voices, the largest filmmaking program for girls in the global south, providing young women with tools to share their stories and create meaningful change. Through these initiatives, I’ve witnessed the profound transformation that occurs when people tap into their creative power to make lasting contributions to their communities and the world.
Currently, as Director of Innovation and Impact at Raising a Reader, I lead our innovation strategy, including designingan an app to track family progress in children’s literacy. Known for driving audacious goals, I bring teams together to tackle complex challenges with a laser focus on outcomes and sustainable impact.
As a certified leadership coach, I work with executive women to unlock their unique magnetism by uncovering their deepest desires, identifying blocks, and amplifying their gifts. My coaching integrates practical tools with psychological and spiritual insights, helping women lead with authenticity, resilience, and purpose. My work is grounded in the belief that when women lead boldly and authentically, they create ripples of transformation that inspire systemic change.
