Michelle Salvado is an accomplished senior leader, board director and trusted advisor with deep knowledge of organizational development and leadership, product execution and operations, agile transformation, and process improvement. She is the founder & CEO of PATH Leadership Solutions, an executive coaching and consulting practice focused on fostering outstanding leadership through accountability and organizational excellence.

Before starting her business, her most recent role was Senior Vice President, Cybersecurity Products at Trellix. Trellix was the result of a merger between FireEye Products and McAfee Enterprise. At Trellix, Michelle oversaw product engineering for more than 1600 people worldwide. Before the merger, Michelle was Senior Vice President and General Manager at FireEye. She helped lead the sale of FireEye Products to McAfee Enterprise in 2021.

Michelle has over 28 years of experience in the technology industry. Before FireEye, she held technical leadership positions at McAfee, Intel, Nokia, Accenture, and Unisys.

Michelle holds an M.A. in Organizational Development & Leadership from Fielding Graduate University and an M.B.A. and B.S. in Computer Science from West Chester University. She is certified as an executive coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Center for Executive Coaching (CEC).
