Having navigated complex international environments — including commercialization launches in the Middle East, European regulatory and tax structures, and cross-border M&A — she understands firsthand the structural barriers and opportunities that shape global economies. Michelle is passionate about using her platform to mentor women in finance and business leadership, support the development of financially resilient communities, and advocate for the systems-level change required to close the gender gap in economic opportunity across the broader developing world.
