About
Me.

Name: Lona Vincent

Organization: Johnson & Johnson

Lona is a strategist-storyteller building what's next using behavioral science, the creativity of design, and the drive of business. Lona works at Johnson & Johnson Innovation, where she helps shape the future of health by attracting promising innovation into the partnership and venture capital portfolios. She previously served as a leader in Johnson & Johnson's global design studio, where she led a team of venture designers and developed award-winning strategies for new products, services, and business models, across the consumer, med tech, and pharmaceutical segments.

She's known for turning ambiguity into opportunity and ideas into action. As a corporate strategist, she has a track record of breakthrough product innovation, new business creation, and building high performing teams. She's worked across a number of business functions and can be defined as a true strategist - as comfortable in a boardroom as she is in a whiteboard session.

Outside of work, Lona is an angel investor, faculty member at the School of Visual Arts where she supports the MFA in Social Innovation and she is active with Women in Innovation. Lona has a Masters in Public Health and Sociomedical Science from Columbia University where she focused on digital health and human behavior, an MBA from Cornell University. Based in Harlem, she believes weekend brunch is a sacred ritual of creative recovery.
