My sweet spot is working with privately owned organizations in the healthcare sector navigating inflection points, whether it's early-stage scaling, leadership transitions, or complex strategic decisions. As a board member and trusted advisory partner to CEOs, I help turn impact-oriented visions into measurable outcomes.

I have served on private company and nonprofit boards for decades, curently chairing the Governance and CEO Compensation Committees for a $2B financial institution. I know how to collaborate in the board room, how to ask probing questions to drive insight and how to drive accountability at the executive level.

My background includes co-founding and exiting a SaaS healthcare tech startup, leading a national healthcare association, and contributing to scaled growth at Vocera, (later Stryker) through leadership of strategic projects. I’ve seen what it takes to build, scale, and steward organizations that last—and I bring that lens into every boardroom I enter and CEO conversation.

Above all, I believe that people are an organization’s greatest asset. I love helping CEOs align culture with strategy and create systems that empower their teams.

I’m an adventurer at heart... I'm marathon runner, scuba diver, and occasional mountain climber. My most treasured role, though, is being mom to two amazing kids.
