Dr. Godfrey is the CEO and founder of Naris Communications and Naris Leadership Academy. She is an innovative and skilled transformational leader and digital adoption strategist with over 20 years of experience helping organizations activate strategy, increase performance and drive productivity through a human-centered approach. As a thought leader, Dr. Godfrey is an advocate for creating environments for lasting change by helping leaders build skills of compassion, resilience, emotional intelligence and meaningful engagement with their teams. Dr. Godfrey specializes in designing stakeholder engagement programs focused on building relationships and promoting corporate values and synergy across business lines and global units to achieve positive change and improve profitability. Her expertise extends to building and leading stakeholder involvement, learning, and change management initiatives to improve business capacity and resilience. She employs the practical application of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), transformational leadership, personality styles, and emotional intelligence to design experiences that influence the mindset, attitude, and behavior change needed to optimize interpersonal relationships, resolve conflict, and enable innovation.
Dr. Godfrey is a thought partner for organizational leaders focused on transforming business models, strategy, systems, and processes through digitization and digital business transformation. She helps growth-focused executives align their workforce culture to embrace these new ways of working, adding to her extensive experience activating human-centered performance solutions for the military, global food manufacturers, healthcare, non-profits, and public school systems.
With practical application of behavioral science research, coupled with her expertise in leading complex business transformations, Dr. Keera has developed and facilitated performance solutions for large corporate and government organizations such as the Northeast Georgia Healthcare System, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Office of Personnel Management, Clayton County Public Schools, Orange County Public Schools, Upfield Foods, CSM Bakery Solutions, Tides, and more. Her coaching strategy empowers leaders to obtain maximum results and team performance through the principles of “serving from the overflow”, emotional intelligence, and transformational leadership skills.
She earned her Ed.D. specializing in global training and development from Northcentral University, her M.S. in Professional and Technical Communications and her M.S. in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University, as well as a B.S. in Health Science from Georgia State University. She is a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (founding board member of the Atlanta chapter). Dr. Godfrey is a certified DiSC Behavioral Analyst, Emotional Intelligence (EQi-2.0) Coach, Generations Professional Coach, ATD Master Trainer, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and PROSCI-certified Change Management Practitioner
