Kathleen Nelson Troyer works as a career coach and organizational development consultant through her role as CEO of Jigsaw Solutions. Empowering leaders and entrepreneurs to build strong teams, constructive cultures and cultivate a growth mindset, she believes we are all the CEOs of our own lives.

Kathleen is passionate about uplifting women creators, supporting women to step into greater leadership in their lives, and has contributed to the books Feminine Voices: True Stories by Women Transforming Leadership, and Empowered Voices: True Stories by Awakened Women. Partnering with another strong woman, Kathleen is co-host of the Real Job Talk podcast and is honored to be part of How Women Lead.

Kathleen lives in the Bay Area with her husband John, and their cat and tripod foster dog. She loves to cook, travel and hike along the Pacific coast trails.
