A senior finance and strategy executive with over 20 years of experience driving results in the biotech and digital health fields as a CFO, CBO, and Business Operations leader, Julianne Averill is known for her innovative and visionary leadership. An experienced C-Suite executive, she advises high-growth companies on a wide range of finance and business transformation issues, including identifying effective capital allocation strategies; leading organizational development initiatives; managing U.S. and international product launches; and establishing supply chain and commercial channels to support scale.


Julianne has been praised and won awards for her ability to make complex topics accessible in areas as diverse as finance, cross-border business operations, data science, digital health, IPO readiness, and healthcare advocacy. Her breadth and depth of expertise spans across therapeutic areas, pharmaceuticals, digital therapeutics, AI, and machine learning. She brings a unique perspective to add value to founders, investors, and boards that are bringing life-saving technologies to market. This has included developing business strategies for companies at all stages, resulting in achieving over $10 billion in fundraising and M&A initiatives.


Julianne is a licensed as both a CPA and SHRM-CP. She also holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Accountancy from California State University, Fresno and has received a certificate in Business/Data Analytics from Harvard University. In her spare time, she serves in various leadership and board roles for international nonprofits and local city organizations that support leadership development and community impact.
