My name is Jen Cavenaugh. Professionally I am an Executive

Leadership Coach, Strategic Planner and Group Facilitator. I help

business, government and not-for-profit leaders navigate chang

lead with authenticity, and inspire their organizations to maximize their impact. My coaching approach is values-driven,

human-centered, and results-oriented.

I have a background in Business working in Fortune 500

companies in consulting, general management and marketing;

with not-for-profit organizations in board advisement, curricul

government. It's safe to say I'm a Generalist, a lifelong-learner, and Jane-of-all-trades.

Fun fact, I'm the Mayor of my small town in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area. As an elected official, I have a uniq

perspective on local government and community-based work --

that is a practical knowledge of what it takes to effectuate change in a community and how to successfully achieve optimal

outcomes through collaboration, communication, and compassion.

Outside of work, I keep busy with 3 kids, 2 dogs, 1 partner; hiking, pottery, pickleball, and reading in my free time

I'm happy to offer pro bono thought partnership on your next

strategic planning process, if I can be of service.”
