Me.

Jasmine Tate-Supplee is an accomplished chief executive, growth strategist, and founder with

deep expertise in scaling service-based organizations, operational governance, and strategic

expansion. She is the President & CEO of Cleaning Champs LLC, a Major Event Cleaning

services firm supporting corporate, government, and large-scale public events. Under her

leadership, the company has expanded its regional footprint and positioned itself to support

major national and international events, including preparation for global events such as the

FIFA World Cup 2026.


In addition to her executive leadership, Jasmine is the Broker and Owner of Guardianship &

Estate Realty, a specialized real estate firm serving estate administrators, attorneys, and

court-appointed guardians. Her work focuses on managing complex real estate transactions

requiring fiduciary sensitivity, regulatory awareness, and stakeholder coordination.


Jasmine brings strong financial and operational oversight experience, including full P&L

responsibility, workforce development, contract negotiation, and strategic planning. She has

successfully led organizational growth initiatives, secured corporate and government

partnerships, and built scalable operational infrastructure to support long-term expansion.


She is actively engaged in governance and leadership development. Jasmine serves as a

Global Advisor for How Women Lead’s Women Leaders for the World Fellowship and is a

Fellow with DiverseForce on Boards, a selective program preparing executives for corporate

board service. She also serves as Chair of the Ally Committee for the Forum of Executive

Women, where she leads the selection of grant recipients and facilitates executive

mentorship and partnership opportunities for women-led nonprofit organizations.


Jasmine is a Partner-level member of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia and

an active member of the Forum of Executive Women and the African American Chamber of

Commerce of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. She is also the Founder and President

of the Shafir’s Journey Foundation, supporting families affected by spinal cord injuries.


Her governance strengths include strategic growth, financial oversight, operational scaling,

procurement readiness, workforce development, and ESG-aligned community impact.
