Jan Swanberg is a business coach and marketing consultant who has a passion for integrating the customer's voice into products and services. She's run her own consulting practice for over 30 years and is excited about sharing communication, leadership, and design thinking ideas with women leaders from around the world. Jan was one of the original business coaches for Stanford Seed (Institute for Innovation in Developing Economies) in West Africa in 2013 and has coached numerous individuals in various Stanford distance learning programs over the last few years. She holds a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
