SUCCESS ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOLS
Head, K-12 Education Institute Strategy and Planning - New York (2020 - 2022) Reimagined holistic approach to K-12 experience that provides children with challenging, knowledge rich and immersive programs that are inquiry-based and collaborative for Success Academies in NYC - 47 schools, 20,000 scholars from low-income backgrounds. Developed a multi-year strategic plan for SA Breakthrough Initiative, set and executed long-term and short-term goals and objectives for the Education Institute. Implemented new Organisational design to support successful delivery of the key priorities, enable growth and scale SA success in 5 years. Participated in Envisioning a Nationally competitive K-12 Program, designed standard work for new content design process, out of school learning model that foster strong work habits, scholar thinking. Defined design phase for Developing Educators better, faster and more sustainably. Designed a standard process for fiscal and reporting compliance with multi million dollar private grants. Created process to enable Data-driven leadership. Identified and implemented key success measures that should be tracked and analysed to ensure maximum return on project investment.
