Debjani Sarkar is a senior technology leader and currently serves as a Sr Director of Engineering at Microsoft. She leads global teams advancing healthcare innovation through data and AI and secured cloud platforms. With over two decades of experience, she has driven initiatives that led to measurable improvements in health outcomes and equity, on a global scale.

Beyond her corporate role, Debjani is deeply engaged in the startup and social impact ecosystem. She mentors emerging leaders through Women in Technology (WIT) in Washington DC, she serves as Co-Chair of the How Women Lead DC Executive Advisory Board, is an active startup advisor and investor, and is a Limited Partner in the How Women Invest Venture Fund. Her work bridges technology and purpose, with a focus on amplifying diverse voices and building inclusive innovation ecosystems.
